Our signature hot yoga series including 33 postures performed at a moderate pace in our heated room. Spend an hour with us as our instructors guide you through static postures creating a strong foundation. This class will be the benchmark for your practice.

Slow Flow

Find ease in movement and mind in our slower paced vinyasa series. This practice incorporates a full range of poses while being accessible to all levels. Enjoy slow flow in a mildly heated room.

Cool Flow

Some like it hot, some do not! Enjoy our slow flow class sequence performed in a non-heated room.

Hot Flow

A more intense experience of vinyasa, performed in a heated room. You will find this series allows for a greater stretch and increases your heart rate, giving you a nice bout of slow moving cardio. This class increases stamina and is guaranteed to make you sweat.

Shine Power

Progress your practice with more opportunities for strength at a more fluid pace. Creative (teachers choice) class that will keep you focused on your practice as you follow the Flow.

Shine Flow

An all- levels Vinyasa Flow class with plenty of stretch and relaxed pace. Creative (teachers choice) class that will keep you focused on your practice as you follow the Flow.

Shine FlowMo

Start your weekend off with our Friday night happy hour! Enjoy Friday night fun with a Shine Flow class, music and friends. This class is done in low light with a glow!


Yin is a slow moving, relaxing class with longer hold times. This targets connective tissues, joints, and ligaments. Yin Yoga is an introspective practice that works towards increasing joint mobility.


High Intensity Interval Training - The most efficient workout we offer. This class begins with a brief warm up using fundamental movements. We then take you through 6 rounds of timed interval training. This class incorporates the use of kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, ropes and medicine balls. Strengthen your body and get your heart pumping!


Low Intensity Interval Training The name says it all! Designed to increase cardio performance and strength at a lower intensity. Receive all the benefits of HIIT at your own pace.


Core strength stabilizes your body, improves balance, and makes everyday life easier. This 30 minute series includes a variety of exercises including some mat based pilates and yoga. All levels are welcomed.


At Shine Fitness, we understand the importance of being still. Our fast paced world and advanced technology make it increasingly difficult to be still and centered. Shine opens our room to you to enjoy a quiet, still, softly lit space. Feel free to use our space on the stillness hours posted. We only ask that you enter and exit the room quietly.

Shine Beginners

If you are new to yoga and fitness and not sure where to start, this class is for you! Come start your practice with other beginners! It's a great way to make new friends and start new habits!
